Registration fees will be handled by the Organizing Committee and TBA Sports Management at the appropriate time. Do not pay the registration fees in advance! Please wait until you receive the invoice from the Organizing Committee. Make sure that the invoice number is included in the payment details.

Athletes and staff members will not be allowed to enter the competition if the registration fees have not been paid by the time of the confirmation of events.

Registrations will be open from September 1, 2025, until September 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Brasília time), and teams may register via the RegOnline platform link: https://regonline.uci.ch/_layouts/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f

The registration fee per participant is €125.00 (one hundred and twenty-five euros).

Late registrations may be paid on site at the competition venue, but the person responsible for the payment must contact the Organizing Committee and provide justification. In this case, the payment must be made in cash, either in local currency (BRL — Brazilian reais), or in euros, with an additional conversion fee to reais.

Registration fee to be paid at accreditation:

In reais: R$800.00 (eight hundred reais).

In euros: €175.00 (one hundred and seventy-five euros).
